These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and 8171pk (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), in respect of your access to and use of the website located at https://8171pk.cam and all associated services, content, features and functionality made available through it (collectively, the "Platform Services").

By accessing, browsing, registering on or otherwise using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. The Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. We operate an adults-only policy without exception. Any User who is found to be under the applicable minimum age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their Account suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited and any deposits returned in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Age Verification: We apply strict age-verification procedures during KYC. Providing false date-of-birth information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination. Attaining the minimum age does not, in itself, make gambling lawful under Pakistani law — see Section 14.
Users must satisfy themselves that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Platform is directed at Pakistani users but does not represent that its use is legal in all jurisdictions. Certain countries or regions may be restricted from accessing Platform Services. Circumventing geographic restrictions (including through VPN or proxy services) is a breach of these Terms.
Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform at any given time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed, bonuses voided and balances subject to review.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party and that the funds deposited into your Account originate from lawful sources.
To access Platform Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and phone number. Registration information must reflect your true identity — the use of pseudonyms, aliases or fictitious details is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal suspension or Account restrictions. KYC requirements apply regardless of the payment method used, including bank transfers and mobile wallet deposits.
The Platform maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to transaction monitoring. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are of illicit origin or that a transaction constitutes money laundering, we are required to report the matter to appropriate authorities and may suspend or close the Account without prior notice.
The Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. All bets and wagers are subject to acceptance by the Platform. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at our discretion, including where a bet exceeds applicable maximum stake limits, is placed on suspended markets or is placed in circumstances suggesting abuse.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and vary by sport, event and market type. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Stake limits are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and may be adjusted without prior notice.
Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournament events, bilateral Test and T20 series — are subject to specific settlement rules. In-play markets operate while the relevant event is live; prices and availability are subject to change at any time during play. Settlement is based on official match results from the governing body. Abandoned or voided matches are settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including (but not limited to): event cancellation, match abandonment, manifest pricing error, market suspension, system error or where a bet is determined to have been placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount.
Casino games, live dealer tables and instant-win products are subject to specific game rules displayed within each game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages shown on the Platform are illustrative estimates based on industry figures and are clearly labeled as such. Actual RTP depends on the operator's game configuration and individual session variance.
All bonuses, promotions and special offers displayed on the Platform are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible markets, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits arising from bonus play. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover multiplier") on qualifying markets before any amount derived from bonus play becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 10× rollover on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is reached.
We reserve the right to withhold, forfeit or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged or low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or providing false information to obtain a promotion.
Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period (typically 7 or 14 days from credit, as specified per offer) will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without replacement. Expiry dates are displayed in Account notifications and individual offer terms.
The Platform operates PKR (Pakistani Rupee) accounts as its primary currency. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified. Exchange rate fluctuations may apply where crypto or foreign currency deposits are converted.

The 8171pk brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to the Platform. Unauthorised use of our brand assets is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8171pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform Services, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to Platform Services. We reserve the right to suspend Platform Services for maintenance, updates or other operational reasons with or without prior notice.

Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any undisbursed bonus funds are forfeited.
